Mr Maopei Cui, professor level Senior Engineer, is one of leading experts in the field of geochemical exploration in China. With nearly 40 years of exploration experience, he has rich practical experience in determining exploration objectives, designing exploration plans and estimating resources and reserves.

Mr. Cui has successively served as chief engineer of geochemical exploration in SCMG, BHP, Rio Tinto, WMC, Asia gold, Ivanhoe mines Ltd, Oxley and other internationally renowned companies. After his retirement，he served as a consultant for several mining companies, including Dundee, Canada. At present, Mr. Cui is the chief geologist of Beijing HOT Mining Tech Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cui combined the prospecting methods and technical applications such as ultra-fine-grained stream sediment survey, soil MMI geochemistry, portable XRF fast analyzer / portable secterra alteration mineral analysis and alteration mapping with metallogenic theory, and found many super large deposits.
